Kendra and I wanted to personally thank you for everything you did in getting our house sold. We were going to send a thank you card, but I promptly went down with torn cartilage in my knee (just had surgery on Friday), and Kendra is pregnant, so it's been a very hectic time for us since the move.

Both of you guys have recently mentioned that you were contemplating diving into the real estate market. When/if you are ready I highly recommend our agent, Michael Zabaneh. Mike handles residential and commercial properties throughout the city but more importantly did an excellent job with Rosemarie and I, who by far are probably the pickiest clients he’s ever had. Most people generally look at 6-10 properties before making a decision, we looked at 40. Throughout the process he was patient, worked within our taste and budget constraints and when required brought in outside experts to advise us with respect to specific issues. He was never pushy and doesn’t have the ‘slick talking’ demeanor I generally associate with many real estate agents.
